  22. The data which is available to the public from the USGS is PUBLIC. This
  23. means you may use it for what ever purpose you like. If someone desires to
  24. make this data available on a BBS or FTP site that is fine.

  26. The 1:250 DEM's are available on CD-ROM. It is an on demand write once disk.
  27. The costs are based upon total number of files.

  29. I received a request for information on DEM files from the Moon and Mars
  30. (I'm sorry, but I forgot who that was). But here is the information for
  31. everyone.

  33. The Mars data is available on CD-ROM from the NSSDC (National Space Sciences
  34. Digital Collection I think) at the Godard Space Center. It is on Volume 7 of
  35. the collection called Mars MDIM. To purchase the disk you will have to call
  36. Godard at (301) 286-6695
